Freestart plc was incorporated on 8 October 1999 and is registered in Wigan. It has run its own website platform since 2001, and today it runs three divisions.

Clear, not impressive
We would rather be clear than impressive. Our sites state what each product includes and where it stops: Planning Handbook explains planning and building rules in plain English; it doesn’t make decisions, give legal advice or guarantee outcomes.
